Certain Services may be governed by a separate written agreement. In the event of a conflict, the written agreement will control.

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of ResilienX or its licensors.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResilienX disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
